In this position with a lot of variety, your key responsibilities are:
• You are point of contact for various ICT questions and you support all users through our ticketing system; such as installations of software, trouble shooting, management of incidents and issues, management of devices (Microsoft), etc. Doing so, you bring added value to the users.
• You analyse incidents and resolve them. If necessary, you transfer the issue/incident to colleagues who has specific expertise.
• You are responsible for user management, patching, monitoring, etc. and for the set-up and management of our hardware, laptops, mobile devices, etc.
• You contact our external partners and, if necessary, support the troubleshooting of issues with them.
• You follow up on procedures and make sure the documentation is correct. Doing so, you share information with your colleagues and ensure the knowledge and services of the ICT department.
• You can be involved in general ICT projects for the business, and take the lead in your own ICT projects.
